Covenant Industries has been providing Call Center Solutions for clients in the US since 1998. We address our client's needs by designing, implementing, hiring, staffing and handling the day-to-day management of call center representatives which in-turn allows our clients to focus on the core competencies of their business.

In 2003 we expanded our capability to contribute to our corporate goal with a plan to create 5,000 jobs in a call center environment.
