Our approach to managing projects is simple and practical. Covenant Industries assigns teams of individuals whose credentials and training allows for oversight and management of each specific project. Our teams are composed of both on-site leaders who oversee the daily functions of the project along with the corporate leaders who provide oversight and support.
Referred to as Project Management Leadership Teams (PMLT) our PMLT combines leaders assigned to represent the following essential areas:
- Technical (on-site or primary point of contact)
- Contract Administration
- Operations (Quality Control/Management/Technology)
- Administration (Human Resource/Training/Accounting)
The PMLT share ideas and responsibilities resulting in innovative program design, implementation and service delivery.
